Feta and Pesto Tartlet
A black olive and rosemary pastry hand finished tart with pesto sauce and authentic feta cheese, finished with pieces of feta.

Frozen

16 x 120g

For best results cook from defrost. Defrost overnight in a refrigerator. From defrost: Re-heat in the oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
From frozen: Re-heat in the oven at 180°C for 12-14 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes prior to serving.

Features and Benefits
Greek Feta Cheese (the word Feta can now only be used by Greece origin producers due to recent EEC Legislation) and pesto sauce are used to make the filling for this Mediterranean influenced tart. Black olives and rosemary are also in the pastry to add to the texture, flavour and appearance.
