Cook from defrost. Defrost in refrigerator for 12 hours. Pierce bag and microwave for 2 minutes. Then use as a base for the dishes suggested below.

Serving Suggestions
Mix in roasted butternut squash with garlic, rosemary and asparagus for a vegetarian option. Alternatively, for a meat risotto, mix with smoked chicken and wild mushrooms.
