Pork Hock with Cider and Apple Sauce

A tender braised pork hock joint, slow cooked in a sauce of cider and apple pieces.

Frozen

6 x 420g

For best results, cook from frozen. To cook from defrost: Heat in a saucepan for 30-35 minutes. Alternatively pierce the pouch three times in the top and microwave for 41/2 minutes. To cook from frozen: Heat in a saucepan for 45-50 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Shake the bag gently before opening the pouch carefully due to steam build up.
