Olde English Sausages

A premium pork and leek sausage made with
Farm Assured British Pork with a coarse texture flavoured with herbs and spices, filled into a
natural casing.

Frozen

25 x 90g

Cook from frozen: Shallow fry (medium setting), grill (medium heat) or oven bake (200ºC) for 18-20 minutes. Ensure product it thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. 

Features and Benefits
Luxury coarse cut sausage made from prime cuts of British farm assured meats. The size of the sausages provide a good meal centre and can be served with many accompaniments. No artificial colours, no flavour enhancers.

Serving Suggestions
With fresh buttered mash potato, savoy cabbage and rich redcurrant and onion jus. Or for an upmarket breakfast offering serve 2 sausages with a wholemeal muffin, scrambled eggs, tomatoes on the vine and a slice of the Whites Luxury Bacon.
