Root Vegetable, Cranberry and Goat Cheese Nut Roast

A mildly spiced roast of parsnip, carrot, potato, onion, mushroom and spinach with cranberries and mixed nuts infused with garlic & ginger, topped with French goats cheese.

Frozen

12 x 350g Cook from frozen. Place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC for 20-25 minutes. If cooking from defrost reduce cooking times accordingly.
