Pear and Quince Tart
An individual sweet butter pastry case filled with crème patissière, quince jelly and finished with a halved poached pear.

Cook from defrost. Defrost overnight in a refrigerator in the foil. Remove from foil and place the tart on a lined baking sheet, reheat in a preheated conventional oven at 180°C for approximately 8 minutes.
