Breast of chicken with trimmed sprig bone, stuffed a with creamy brie and pancetta filling. Topped with a rustic herb and goats cheese crumb.

Frozen

6 x 250g

Cook from defrost. Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking. Ensure product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. Oven bake at 200ºC for 30 minutes. Ensure product it thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.

Features and Benefits
French trimmed fresh chicken breast, hand filled and hand crumbed for a rustic homemade appearance. No artificial colours or flavours and
no use of hydrogenated fats.

Serving Suggestions
Simply add to a light rocket salad with red onion and olive oil dressing, served with roasted baby potatoes. Or serve with a rocket salad & lemon scented olive oil.
