Vegetable Lasagne

A medley of Mediterranean vegetables bound in a rich tomato and basil sauce, layered between fresh pasta sheets and wholegrain mustard béchamel and topped with a tomato and basil sauce, fresh cream and mature Cheddar cheese.

Defrost product in a refrigerator for 24 hours prior to use until product is fully defrosted. Pierce film several times. Cook on full microwave power for 31/2 minutes. Stand product for 1 minute. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Conventional oven: Remove film & place tray onto a baking tray. Place into a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
