Fillet of Seabass

A round, scaly fish with silver skin and white, moist delicate flesh. The fillets are prepared from a whole sea bass, scaled, filleted and pin-boned by hand.

Pan fry for 8-10 minutes or grill for 10 minutes turning halfway through cooking.

Sea bass are the largest fish family in the world. The Whites sea bass is available filleted for ease of preparation. With omega 3 fatty acids when cooked, it is a good source of magnesium and protein. Sea bass is available all year round. The cooking of sea bass is very easy as it blends itself to most cooking methods. Pan fry, oven bake, stir fried or poach. Serve on a bed of braised fennel with white wine dill sauce.
