Slow Cooked Pork Collar in Sage and Garlic

Succulent slow cooked pork collar in sage and garlic, seasoned with a pinch of black pepper and salt.

Frozen

Keep frozen. Cook from defrost. Cook in a Merry Chef at 75% power at 175ºC for approximately 4 minutes. Alternatively, oven bake at 180ºC for approximately 15-20 minutes.
