Lamb Confit
Fore shank of lamb slow cooked in vegetable oil infused with garlic, fresh rosemary and seasoning.
Frozen

Cook from defrost. Defrost in a refrigerator for
24 hours before cooking. Ensure product is throroughly defrosted before cooking. Remove lamb from pouch and place on a baking tray. Cook in Merry Chef oven at 225ºC (100% power) for 41/2 minutes or oven bake at 180ºC for 30-35 minutes. Leave to stand of 1 minute. Ensure product it thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.

Serving Suggestion
Set onto a bed of spinach and nutmeg mashed potato and serve with a rich red wine and shallot sauce.
