Feather Blade of Beef with Thyme

Tender top shoulder of beef cooked with thyme and bay leaf, seasoned with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Frozen

10 x 175g 

Cook from defrost. Cook in a Merry Chef at 75% power at 175ºC for approximately 3 1/2 minutes. Alternatively, oven bake at 180ºC for approximately 10-12 minutes.
