Caramello Cheesecake

A crunchy digestive biscuit base with baked cheesecake rippled with caramel fudge and topped with a thin layer of caramel fudge. Topped with an outer edge ring of cream stars. Each portion is finished with a light sprinkling of demerara sugar and an outer edge decoration of a Physalis.

Serving Instructions: Defrost prior to serving.

Defrosting Instructions: Remove all packaging. Defrost under refrigeration (8°C or below), for approximately 8 hours. For a single slice, defrost under refrigeration for 2 hours.

Usage Instructions: Keep refrigerated once defrosted. Use within 48 hours of defrost. Do not re-freeze, once defrosted.

Designed to allow creative decoration finish. Attractive visual, Physalis fruit provided.
Take portion required and garnish with a slice of orange, caramelised sugar, fresh whipped cream and decorate with a dusting of cocoa powder.
